Biography

Christina grew up locally and attended Putnam City Schools. She attended SNU for her undergraduate degree while in her senior year of high school. After graduation, she received her teaching certifications and taught for many years in public and at charter schools locally. She has taught PreK-adult learners. Christina worked for the Oklahoma State Department of Education as a Reading Interventionist/Instructional Coach, travelling around Oklahoma to work closely with administrators/educators on determining the most effective reading interventions, interpreting data collection and setting assessment goals as well as educating them about the Reading Sufficiency Act.

Christina has two bachelor and two master degrees, and plans to enter into a doctoral program soon. She was the first person in her family to attend and graduate from a university. Christina is passionate about her faith and convictions and believes that through God anything is possible.

Hobbies: Podcasting, reading, documentary watching, and rock/fossil hunting!
